		<description><![CDATA[Tim Ferriss writes in his book, “The choice is between multiplication of results using strengths or incremental improvement fixing weaknesses that will, at best, become mediocre. Focus on better use of your best weapons instead of constant repair.” I agree with Tim and say, don’t go for the mediocre. It won&#039;t fulfill you. Sure, sometimes we have to do things we don’t like, but it can just be a temporary situation. Say, a few months at McDonalds until you get that Marketing Manager position. Or, playing wedding gigs for a couple of months. Just to save up money for that new great amp you are craving for. But you should know what you are good at and then specialize, because that is who you are.]]></description>
