We negotiated the acquisition of several different businesses for our clients designed to improve their distribution channels, their ability to deliver digital content and services, expand their product mix or acquire technical talent. The acquired companies were purchased for cash or a combination of cash and stock and these deals enabled the client to rapidly gain an advantage in a highly competitive marketplace and increase their revenue base at fraction of the time and cost it would have taken to build the capability.
